CRAIG FLODEN
Founding Lawyer
Craig is a senior lawyer with over 21 years experience. He began his career in litigation and then practiced with a large national law firm in the corporate area. He is a business lawyer. He takes files in corporate commercial, and litigation, with a focus on construction law, employment law, and corporate litigation. He has experience in a number of in house settings, most recently as a senior executive of a large agricultural insurer and finance company.
Craig attended the University of Alberta where he obtained both his BA (distinction) in Spanish and his law degree. Craig is fluent in Spanish and pleased to assist Spanish speaking clients. Craig is a member of the Alberta and Northwest Territories Bar.
In his free time Craig enjoys playing piano, playing hockey, travelling and spending time with his family.
ALAN DUGAS
Lawyer
Alan was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013 and has gained experience in various areas of litigation through a combination of private and in house practice. He is pleased to assist clients with a variety of legal matters.
Alan attended the University of Alberta, obtaining a BA with a major in Psychology before completing his law degree.
Outside of the office, Alan enjoys golfing, cooking and travelling.
